Professional Roofing Services - Roofing Contractor in Las Vegas, NV

I can’t say enough good things about Professional Roofing Services. From start to finish, this team was exceptional. They worked with my timing, communicated clearly every step of the way, and handled a complex and delicate situation with professionalism and care. Any concerns or escalations I had were addressed quickly and respectfully—no runaround, no frustration, just solutions. What really stood out was the consistency across the entire team: -Reception set the tone with responsiveness and kindness -Brandon in Sales was knowledgeable, transparent, and easy to work with -Paige in AR made the financial side smooth and straightforward -Cyndi in Scheduling kept everything organized and on track -Eric in Inspection was thorough, professional, and detail-oriented They also extended a veteran’s discount, which meant a lot and reflects the kind of company they are. It’s rare to find a company where every single touchpoint feels this solid. If you want a roofing team that communicates well, stands by their work, and treats you with respect the entire way through—this is it. Highly recommend.

I had PRS roofing perform a major repair when I purchased my home in 2019. The neighbor saw that the back 1/2 of my roof had literally slipped out of place and I was not moved in and still out of state. I got the PRS info. from my friend who had seen their work. They took pictures before and after the repairs and did an excellent job. The price was very reasonable and I was still out of state when the repairs were made. Since then, they have come out twice about some minor concerns I had and were absolutely wonderful to work. Phil was the representative that did the last two inspections and again, very professional, pleasant and informative on all the questions I asked. Great company and Nadine who did the scheduling was helpful and very easy to work with.

I had a great experience with this roofing company. Nadine was very nice, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. Overall, great customer service and smooth communication — definitely recommend!
