ARCO Review Findings
Fortitude Roofing is consistently praised for their professional, responsive communication and high-quality craftsmanship throughout the roofing process. Customers frequently highlight the team’s efficiency, punctuality, and commitment to keeping job sites clean.
Highly Recommend Fortitude Roofing! Fortitude Roofing recently completed the underlayment work on my mother-in-law’s home, and we couldn’t be more pleased. She is very particular about any work done on her house, so finding a team that met her high expectations mattered—and Fortitude absolutely delivered. They were professional, on time, and kept everything clean while doing exceptional work on the roof. Working with Lee and Misty Barber made the entire process seamless. We’re truly grateful for the coordination and the level of care throughout the project. If you’re looking for a roofing company that provides quality craftsmanship and outstanding service, Fortitude Roofing is an easy recommendation.
We hired Fortitude Roofing to replace a torch down residential roof. They were very responsive and professional through the inspection, quoting, and execution of the works. They answered all my questions with great detail and provided pics/updates of the works before, during, and after.
Fortitude was tremendous during our roof replacement; Misty & Chere were very communicative and responsive throughout the entire process, and the crew did a fantastic job at on our property - we are beyond grateful for the tremendous customer service that Fortitude provided from beginning to end. Thank you!
Thank you to Fortitude Roofing and their staff for putting this beautiful new roof on my home. Not only were they super quick on taking my roof off and putting the new roof on, I think it took 3-4 days total. They were also very clean. When I came home from work my driveway and backyard looked cleaner then when they got there. All the guys doing the work were really nice too. The photos below show their beautiful work. Thanks again Fortitude Roofing and staff!!❤️
I have used Fortitude Roofing twice now within the year and they have been excellent! I have done a full roof replacement and repairs and both times they have been on time, offered a reasonable price compared to other bids I received, and are super responsive to communications! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable company to work with!
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
