ARCO Review Findings
Reviews describe First Quality Roofing & Insulation as professional, responsive, reasonably priced, and skilled, with quality roofing and insulation work. Customers also praise the company’s clear explanations, before-and-after photos, prompt scheduling, and thorough cleanup.
Great Job! David and crew did a great job insulating my garage ceiling, left no mess when they were done. Professional and efficient, like they were never there. Highly recommend!
There are only a few insulation companies in Vegas. After getting multiple quotes, we decided to go with First Quality for our radiant barrier and adding insulation in our attic. The home builder left certain areas near or only 3” of insulation which not even to code. David Solis and his crew were quite helpful and only 1 of 3 companies that give free in-home evaluation and estimate. Everyone that quoted me over the phone was axed at the end of the call. We received before and after photos and what huge difference. No more cold drafts in the winter and significantly hotter days in the summer. Their gas generator exhaust blew into our house that set off all of our smoke/carbon monoxide alarms on a rainy/windy day for the radiant barrier. It wasn’t their fault but was a hassle to open up all windows to air out. They returned for a second day to add more blown-in insulation that is even throughout the attic space. I would highly recommend them to anyone for roofing/insulation.
As a home inspector for the East Los Angeles California (MPPI-eLA), I was helping out a friend in their Las Vegas home roof project. I had searched around and got several quotes, but this company came in on budget with our specific roofing needs. I was impressed on the quality of the workmanship, from the drip-edge, roofing, flashing to the ridge vents was top notch installations. They are reasonably priced and surpassed our time of completion (with weather cooperating) by one day. There prep and cleanup really says quality, especially when they are rolling a magnet to pickup those nails. I would recommend them for anyone needing a roof project in the Las Vegas area.
My roof is complicated -- it's large with many steep pitches, heavy cement tiles, two real chimneys, gables, etc. After 20+years, it was time to re-do it. Most of the tiles were fine, but the underlayment needed replacing and whatever else lurked underneath that. Got 3 estimates from 3 different companies, including First Quality Roofing. The 3 estimates were wildly different -- one was almost double the highest of the other other 2 estimates. Didn't know which company to go with, so I asked some of my local contractor friends, and they recommended First Quality Roofing. I'm glad I did. Great service. Quality work. They did a fantastic job. It has been almost 3 years now since they finished their work, and not a single complaint, no leaks, nothing -- even after all the recent heavy rain storms. I highly recommend this company. And no, I didn't go with the company that had submitted the hugely overinflated estimate! Kym Cushing
First Quality sent someone to estimate the repairs needed to our roof just several days after I called them and just a week later another of their employees came to do the job. I had an estimate from a different company several weeks before First Quality and that company wanted to charge us $500 more to do the work. I’m glad we went with First Quality, not only because of the money we saved, but also because of their quick response. Before and after pictures were provided and everything that needed to be done was explained in detail. From the girl in their office that I dealt with to the guy who came to give an estimate and then the repairman who did the work, I knew that I was in competent hands. Very professional.
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
