My husband and I are big fans of South O, especially [redacted]! He is so easy to work with, and never made empty promises. We are very pleased with our new roof, and workmanship.
We have been fortunate enough to have South O' help us through a few projects. [redacted] and [redacted] have been fantastic helping understand what our projects needed. Explaining and navigating for us the insurance process and project needs. We started with needing a new roof and gutters, but trusted South O' enough to have them manage our Pella window and door installation as well as gutter guards. From beginning till end of all projects, South O' office staff and installers have been professional and helpful. On top of all that, quality installation… What else can you ask for? We highly recommend South o’ Roofing.

Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
