ARCO Review Findings
Schram Roofing is highly regarded for their prompt communication, professional approach to insurance claims, and efficient workmanship. Customers frequently praise the team for being knowledgeable, reliable, and thorough, noting that they leave project sites clean and complete repairs in a timely manner.
We had some shingle damage from a recent storm. Mark got us fixed up quickly before the holidays. Repairs look great!
I had hail damage to my roof and gutters.Mark came out inspected and gave me pricing. He worked with my insurance and had everything done very quickly and very professionally. I would highly recommend Mark and his crew for all you4 needs.matter of fact I will be using him again for some other projects. Thanks Mark.
I contacted Schram because of water damage to3 bathroom ceilings in the areas of exhaust fans. I was very pleased with all aspects of their services. The initial inspection was timely and thorough and they identified the issues. A previous roofer did not use the appropriate roof vents for the fans and the insulation surrounding the fans was in disarray. One of the fans was not vented properly during a previous bathroom remodeling. The vent caps and exhaust tubes were replaced, and a new hole was made in the roof for proper venting. The did all work in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. David and his crew were a pleasure to work with. I am pleased to give them an excellent recommendation
HIGHLY Recommend Schram Roofing. Tracy and Mark were both very personable, professional and made our roof claim painless. Mark worked with our adjuster from the first phone call until the claim was paid. Mark was very accessible and responded promptly. Him and his team are very efficient, experienced, clean and completed our roof and gutter replacement ahead of schedule. We have already talked about adding a 4-Season Addition to our home.
Had to have some vent flashing replaced. Schram roofing was Quick to get the job done and did not leave any signs that they were even at our home. Highly recommend!!
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
