ARCO Review Findings
Rooforia Home & Commercial Exteriors is highly regarded for its exceptional professionalism, clear communication, and ability to complete roofing, siding, and gutter projects in a timely manner. Customers frequently praise the team for their efficiency, willingness to handle insurance claims, and commitment to ensuring total satisfaction with the quality of their work.
I had them install gutters on a rental property of mine. They were extremely fast and professional. I received a photo gallery of the finished installation when they finished, which is a nice touch. Will definitely use them again!
Our roof had severe hail damage from a storm earlier this year. Jeff made the entire process extremely easy by contacting my insurance company and dealing with the claim for me. After the claim was figured out it only took one day for the entire roof replacement including new ridge vents and shingles. We are very impressed with the quality of their work and extremely happy it was done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Rooforia to anyone in need of roof repair or exterior work on their home.
We worked with Rooforia in Lincoln for a roof replacement on one of our investment properties. Right away I was impressed with the quick response time. After the estimate was completed the next steps were clearly laid out and they started on our job within a few days - which was WAY quicker than I have ever experienced/expected! This has been BY FAR the best roofing/contractor experience we have ever had! We were kept up to speed during all stages of the project and provided pictures and updates along the way! I would recommend them to anyone and will CERTAINLY be using them again!
After having another roofing company check several of my properties for hail damage, I had Jeff with Rooforia look at them too. He found one property that was completely missed by the other company and worked with my insurance company to get a claim put in on it. It was an easy decision to use Rooforia after that. They stuck to their timeline and got the jobs done promptly. They did a terrific job. I’d highly recommend them!
Jeff and the Rooforia team were easy to work with. The day I called for an estimate he came over and got it done. There were many things with our previous roof that was done wrong and he knew how to better it. He submitted info to our insurance over the weekend and had a response on Monday. Throughout the whole process he kept in touch and walked us through everything. We had a lot of questions as this was our first time going through this process (new homeowners). The guys got our roof done in one day and the gutters done the next. Any concerns were taken care the following day! I highly recommend Jeff and the Rooforia team as they get the job done quickly and correctly and do one amazing job!
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
