The wind tore down my downspout and part of the siding. These guys came out and fixed it and secured the downspout which has withstood some really brutal windy days. They are very easy to work with and even accepted calls after hours. Price was very reasonable and I am a very satisfied customer. Pictures of damage attached
I was very pleased with the professionalism, quality of work, and communication offered by Brad and his Team. They surpassed my expectations when working with my insurance agent as well. I have an upgraded roof now and will get a insurance premium reduction at an economical installed price. I recommend Pinnacle for roofing repair and replacement as a top choice for Omaha!
Everything from the initial inspection to the final repairs was handled amazingly; Brad and his team made the process incredibly easy. He walked me through the entire process to put my mind at ease since this was my first time dealing with such a large claim. Scheduling and communication were great throughout the process and I’m very happy with the final results. The painters were even able to do a great job matching the new gutters to my somewhat unique house color. I am extremely satisfied and would highly recommend this company.
Brad and his crew did a great job on our roof replacement and skylight installation. We have been very weary of contractors after begin scammed by one about 10 years ago. I'm sorry we didn't find Pinnacle Roofing then, but I am sure glad we found them now. Brad is an upstanding business man and hires professional people. They kept the jobsite clean and were in and out in less than a week (complete roof replacement and installed 2 new skylights)! I would highly recommend Brad and Pinnacle Roofing for any repair or installation needs.
Brad and his team were great. The intake process was efficient and thorough. Brad reviewed the estimate and explained what to expect in the process of working through insurance. He worked directly wtih my insurance company and submitted all required documents in a timely fashion. He was responsive to several questions I had throughout the process. I would highly recommend.
