Ibex Roofing, LLC - Roofing Contractor in Omaha, NE

What an awesome company to work with! Troy has had my back every step of the way. Their crew has been nothing but amazing. Willing to help every step of the way! I’d refer IBEX Roofing to anyone. A truly tailored experience.

Five Stars – Highly Recommend Ibex Roofing! Ibex Roofing recently replaced the roof and gutters on my duplex, and they made the entire process smooth from start to finish. Before the work even began, they fought hard for me with my insurance company when I wasn’t having any luck. Thanks to their persistence and knowledge of the process, they were able to get a full replacement of the roof and gutters approved — something I couldn’t have done without them. One thing that really stood out was how helpful they were when it came to picking out colors. They gave thoughtful advice on what would look good with the brick and siding, and the end result looks fantastic — even better than I expected. It makes me even more excited to get the rest of the property done to complete the look. Their communication was excellent throughout. Every time I had a question, they were quick to respond and clearly knew their stuff. They also went out of their way to coordinate directly with my tenants in the other unit — keeping them informed, working around their schedules, and making sure everything went smoothly on their end too. That kind of consideration is rare and really appreciated. The crew was professional, efficient, and respectful of the property. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves — no mess left behind. If you’re looking for a roofing company that combines quality craftsmanship with outstanding customer service, Ibex is the one to call. Five stars — I’d absolutely use them again and refer them to a friend or family member.

Ibex Roofing has a great group of staff members. They are a local company that works quickly and efficiently. We found Troy to be very helpful with taking more pictures for our insurance company and answering their questions timely. I do not believe our roof would have been approved for a full replacement without Troy. He treated us like family at every step in this process. The day of our roof install the team completed the process in about 5 hours. We love the color and quality of our new roof.

IBEX Roofing has replaced two roofs for me this summer. They did a great job on each one. Fair pricing. Great customer service. Good communication on progress. I will definitely use them again! Thanks to Joe and his team to get things done!

They are best in my opinion. They are out there working with your insurance adjustor. Trying to fight for you. Like in my case the adjustor shorted me. They will go to work for you. They did the job with outstanding work. If you are working with Troy you are in the best hands possible. He knows his stuff. This guy really cares about you as a customer. That is a rare find these days. If you need their services I would not hesitate on this place. They did the job knowing they will still have to get more from my insurance company.
