ARCO Review Findings
Reviews describe Shield Roofing as responsive, friendly, and helpful, with clear explanations and prompt attention to jobs and inspections. Customers also highlight quick completion, thorough before-and-after photos, reasonable pricing, and quality finished work.
JP and his crew were efficient and very helpful with replacing 2 roofs for me through insurance as well as answering all my questions about material selections. One of the roofs was expedited for home sale, so was pleased how fast they got work done before closing the sale. I will definitely keep their contact as contact info as a property manager for any future projects/repairs.
I was incredibly impressed with Shield Roofing Company. They came out to inspect a leak in my roof, and to my surprise, they fixed it on the spot at no charge. It's rare to find a company that is so honest and willing to help without trying to upsell unnecessary work. The were professional, prompt, and courteous throughout the entire visit. I appreciate their outstanding customer service, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy roofing company.
Shield Roofing was great! I worked primarily with Logan. He was very communicative and went above and beyond. We were not an easy case but he never made me feel like our business wasn't worth the effort. He was clear about the process from the jump. Once we got the financing in place, it was very fast. His crew made sure to clean up all the garbage and nails, even using a metal detector. That detail was much appreciated, especially since we have kiddos who play in the yard. The pricing was fair and the work looks good.
Jp was very professional. Went above and beyond to help us. Would recommend him to everyone.
Very professional and great quality!
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
