About ARCO Accreditation
Accreditation cannot be obtained through application alone. Each business must first undergo ARCO's complete review process and demonstrate that it meets the standards required for accreditation.
Provide your contact information below. ARCO will review your inquiry and determine whether your business may be invited to complete the accreditation review process.

ARCO Review Findings
Reviewers describe J&K Exteriors as professional, knowledgeable, and responsive, with clear communication and helpful guidance through roofing and insurance processes. They also praise the quality and appearance of the work, timely scheduling and completion, thorough cleanup, and accommodating service.
We had an unusual water flow problem around our chimney and Chris Duffek listened to us and took his time diagnosing the problem. It was fixed promptly and professionally!
As a woman, and not really understanding insurance or construction I left it up to J&K Exteriors (Chad Heusinkvelt) and the hubby to handle the details of what was needed to replace/repair the damage to our home from the hail storm on May 16th 2026 Naturally, my input involved choosing the color of shingles, giving instructions to protect my flowers and selecting a company to complete the job in a timely fashion and coordinating crews to do that professionally. I appreciate not having to do the leg work to find roofers, gutter and downspout installers and vinyl trim crews. Chad from J&K Exteriors took care of all of that for us. I would strongly recommend them to anyone needing exterior work done on their home.
A severe thunderstorm dropped golfball/baseball sized hail in Crete on May 16th, 2026. The next day began the parade of roofing companies knocking on our door and call after call to give us free estimates. In the world today, we became concerned about the level of trust from some of these out of state “storm chaser” companies. We knew we wanted to stay local and were given J&K Exteriors as a recommendation by our insurance agent. The moment she said Chad Heusinkvelt we knew we were going to be taken care of! Chad is originally from Crete and I worked with his dad for over 40 years. Knowing his Dad’s work ethic, I knew that the same was instilled in his son, Chad. Chad was here the next day and one of the first things he did was to put a sign in our yard to protect us from the door to door companies wanting to get on our roof. I can not say enough good things about the service and communication Chad provided us during the replacement of our shingles, gutters and downspouts due to the hail damage. He has had a personal stake in customer service and that is something you don’t get from big box companies. He stayed in contact with us even when he was on vacation and has coordinated everything from start to finish. He even called the morning the shingle crew came to offer to bring us a cup of coffee from Scooters!! We have been very pleased with J&K Exteriors (especially Chad) and the crews that have been on our property and would highly recommend them for your exterior work.
My contactor Erik made this process very easy. Really impressed with the quality of work they do. They go above and beyond to make sure that you are satisfied with every step of the construction process. The clean up is quick and nothing is left behind. I highly recommend J&K Exteriors!
Highly recommended Chris Duffek to come to your location and do inspection or repair
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
