Family Roofing is highly regarded for its professional, honest, and responsive service, with customers frequently praising the team’s thorough inspection process and clear communication. Clients value the company's efficient workmanship, timely project completion, and commitment to leaving the job site clean and well-maintained.
Family Roofing was great! Tony handled everything with my insurance and got my claim approved. Super knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. I’d recommend them to anyone.
I'm very grateful to Family Roofing for the work they did on my house. They replaced the siding, installed insulation, and installed the plywood. Everything was perfect and at a reasonable price. Thanks to Family Roofing in Lincoln, Nebraska.
Family Roofing did a great job modifying the roof and facia on our house and garage to eliminate bat entry points. When they first came to look at the job they were very thorough and took the time to evaluate our needs in depth. They were very thorough in showing us there BBB rating, insurance, and other information, and were even able to show us pictures of a previous job that was exactly what we needed. I felt much more at ease that they could show that they had experience doing exactly the job we needed. Junior Lopez was very courteous, as were all of the workers. I would highly recommend Family Roofing for any Roofing, gutter or other general construction projects. Thank you so much Santiago, Junior, Darien. We greatly appreciate your attention to detail and excellent workmanship.
Seriously impressed with Family Roofing. Same-day estimate, open and honest communication, and very fair pricing. The service and turnaround time were incredible — exactly what you hope for when dealing with home repairs. Don’t hesitate to hire them. You won’t be disappointed.
I highly recommend Family Roofing and Junior López for the excellent service I received during the replacement of my roof and gutters. From the very first contact, Junior was professional, attentive, and honest, explaining the entire process and answering all my questions. The work was completed efficiently and with great quality, paying attention to every detail and leaving everything clean when finished. I felt very confident throughout the project, and they truly delivered on the timelines and expectations they promised.
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
