Had great experience with Ja and his crew. Ja even hooked me up with a gutter guy
I highly recommend Ja and his team at Southern Style Roofing! As a 20yr experienced Realtor (native to the Greater Wilmington NC area), I have multiple options for roofers. SSR handles all of my real estate clients roof inspections, repairs or replacements when needed. They did a GREAT JOB replacing the roof on my personal home! Exceptional service, clean up, competitive pricing with excellent communication from Ja Mitchell the owner. If you’re looking for a roofer that you can trust to do a good job and stand behind his work with service beyond the sale - call Ja at Southern Style Roofing! #thebest
Great company. Professional. Did great work ,took off old shingles, replaced some wood in areas where needed. They worked diligently from start to finish. Completed in about 7 hours. Cleaned up all debris. Highly recommend. Reasonably priced.
Southern Style Roofing is the best… I found I had a roof leak and they were very responsive and concerned about my needs… Randall came out; assessed the issues; very professional, courteous and explained what needed to be done and saw it through … I would recommend this company for all your roofing needs weather it be a new roof or repairs… Thank you Randall and Southern Style Roofing…
From the start, it was apparent that this company was the right choice to complete our roofing project. The project manager Randall Balmer was on site almost immediately following our call for an estimate. He was very conscientious in communications, polite and professional in providing options for us. He also was able to expedite our insurance estimates and assist in obtaining final approval to begin work. When his team arrived, they worked diligently and very efficiently, while taking his guidance to effect repairs as needed, maintain cleanliness on the site, and completed the work in only 2 days. The end result was a beautiful new roof exactly to our liking. A big thank you to Jay, Randall and the entire team for their efforts in making this a pleasant and satisfying experience. I would highly recommend Southern Style Roofing to all in need of the kind of services that they offer.
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
