The professionalism, communication and technical expertise of this company is excellent-everything that you hope for but rarely get. We needed to replace a 20 year old shingled roof but didn’t know anyone who had a metal roof. And we’re curious whether we could afford one. I saw good reviews and contacted Pine Rock. Gage responded quickly. He used a virtual roof view to determine dimensions, answered questions about the differences between two types metal roof installation, metal thickness and gave a quote within a day. Being the obsessive person I am I verified what I was told with all the latest YouTube videos and online info. The pricing was so competitive (great really) that we did our house and mother in laws house with metal roofs. The photo show this company’s attention to detail and technical expertise shown by the bell tower roof installation! The other house was a tall two story with a black shiny roof. The metal was much thicker than I expected with a good choice of colors. Even our great grandchildren shouldn’t have to worry about roof replacement for a while!! The roof removal, installation and replacement was completed within two days. End pieces and some repairs were included with transparent pricing for more signicant repairs provided- which we didn’t need. I can’t say enough good things about this company that we were fortunate enough to find!

They were honest, fast service, easy to deal with and quality work. Love our new metal roof and gutter guards. Reasonable price too. I highly recommend!

What a great team. I found this company when I didn't know what else to do. They replaced my roof with high quality materials at an affordable price, much lower than other quotes. The team worked fast and efficiently. The roof is beautiful. And the cleanup was extremely thorough. I highly recommend this team

Pine Rock Construction just replaced my asphalt shingle roof for significantly less than my other estimate. The owner, Gage Cook, presented the proposal in a very professional manner and his crew did a beautiful job. They completed the work in one day and left no mess. You can absolutely trust this company.

Why Hire an ARCO-Accredited Roofer
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Homeowner Benefits
-
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
-
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
-
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
-
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
