Accreditation cannot be obtained through application alone. Each business must first undergo ARCO's complete review process and demonstrate that it meets the standards required for accreditation.
Provide your contact information below. ARCO will review your inquiry and determine whether your business may be invited to complete the accreditation review process.

ARCO Review Findings
Old Timers Roofing is highly regarded for its professional, friendly staff and high-quality workmanship on roof installations and construction projects. Customers frequently praise the team for their clear communication, efficient cleanup, and expert advocacy when navigating complex insurance claims.
Josh and crew (Jerry Lewis) get an A+++! The professional friendly staff and workmanship is top notch! Never did I imagine I’d get a roof replace with zero flaw!! Clean up was unreal. From beginning to end: inspection to clean up: very impressed! If anyone looking for an exceptional roof installation call Old Timers Roofing! Thanks to all!! Insurance replacement Farm Bureau
From first contact with the sales rep to final settlement we were treated with courtesy and compotence and kept informed about the status of the job. It took a while but in the wake of a widespread hail storm, that was expected. OTR intervention with the insurance company was crucial to our getting full coverage of our storm damage. The first response from my insurer was about one-third of the final settlement. Couldn't have done it without Old Timers!
My grandma’s 91 and she doesn’t have a lot of help or understanding when it comes to things around the house so I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to take care of her roof. Wes was the most knowledgeable storm claims specialist we’ve ever met and he did such an excellent job walking us through the insurance process. The install was flawless and he was SO sweet to my grandma! He definitely won us over, we highly recommend!
We were first very impressed with Old Timers Roofing when they replaced our damaged roof. We then used Old Timers as a contractor to do a major construction project in our house. They replaced a stained glass window that was structurally damaged, extended our roof line and enclosed the opening. We could not be happier with the quality of their work and meeting the timeline as promised. I will not hesitate to use Old Timers again and would highly recommend them for anyone in the area.
I couldn’t be happier with the experience I had with Old Timers Roofing in Greensboro, NC. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and with great care. Josh Kim, the owner, runs a solid team. TJ Cloud in sales was super helpful, communicated clearly, and made sure the process was smooth. LaCharles Stanley, the project manager, kept things moving smoothly with great attention to detail and oversight. The job was completed quickly, the site was left spotless, and the work was done right the first time. The whole team went above and beyond to make the process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend Old Timers Roofing if you want quality work done fast and done right!
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
