ARCO Review Findings
First Choice Roofing and Construction is consistently praised for their professional, efficient, and detail-oriented workmanship on roofing and property repair projects. Clients frequently highlight the team's excellent communication, their success in navigating insurance claims, and their commitment to leaving job sites clean and damage-free.
We recently had our roof replaced by Damien, Project Manager at First Choice Roofing, and couldn’t be happier with the results! Damien did an outstanding job managing the project, helping us choose the perfect shingle color, and even getting pre-approval from our HOA. The entire process took just 2.5 days, even with 30 mph gusts of wind on the second day. The crew was professional and efficient, and our roof looks amazing. On top of that, it comes with a great warranty! We’re so thankful to Damien and the team at First Choice Roofing for their exceptional work! Highly recommend
Can't say enough great things about First Choice Roofing! They came out and did a free inspection, worked with my insurance company and got my roof approved and is even handling the inside damage from a leak! A pleasure to work with and got the whole roof done in a day with not a piece of shingle or nail to be found anywhere! So thankful to have a dry house with a transferrable warranty!
I have nothing but positive things to say about First Choice Roofing. Due to our insurance company initially denying our claim for a new roof, it took several hoops to jump through over the course of about 6 months but Bailey was professional and willing to go the extra mile every step. It was a headache for us and for her but worth it in the end when we got our beautiful roof. We highly recommend First Choice Roofing!
First Choice Roofing replaced my roof in Raleigh NC, Brier Creek neighborhood. I was so impressed with FCR and specifically Yhocio Aguirre that I recommended him to my neighbors and they are having FCR to replace their roofs as well. You can’t go wrong with FCR and Yhocio, very professional, left the job site spotless after and made my house much better!
I came to Jennifer and Ethan with a unique proof covering my pool in the center of my house. It was falling apart, wood rotting and screening torn up. They put together a plan and build me a beautiful roof over my pool! Service was amazing and the roof looks fantastic! Thanks so much Jennifer and Ethan!
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
