ARCO Review Findings
Skinner Roofing is consistently praised for its exceptional professionalism, transparent communication, and high-quality workmanship. Customers frequently highlight the team's responsiveness, efficiency, and dedication to maintaining a clean job site, often noting that the staff goes above and beyond to ensure a positive experience.
Unbelievable customer service. Nathan Helped me walk thru insurance claim process and helped me mediate insurance proceeds. Even my neighbors were so impressed with the professionalism of the 2 day job and how neat they worked. Cleanup of Jobsite was perfect. HIGHLY recommend this company. First class and great personal integrity!
Nathan installed a roof for us while he was an employee of another local roofing company. That Company completely screwed up our roof and refused to fix it. Nathan left that company and started his own business. He is here at my house right now replacing 30% of my roof for free when he wasn’t even the one who was responsible for it. I never expected him to do this. He is an amazing, one of a kind person who will stand behind his name. If he will do this for me, imagine the quality work he will do for you.
Have used Skinner Roofing for years. Always do quality work and they’re good people to work with. Consistent, reliable, and stand behind what they do. Highly recommend.
Nathan Skinner and his team are awesome. I had him do some work at our house we were selling and not only did he do it quick, he called me after reviewing the initial quote and talked about ways we could save money and still do it right. I was so impressed with their professionalism and the work looked great. A few weeks later in the new house we had a small leak and Nathan was texting me after hours getting us fixed up. He was there the next day and had it buttoned up before the next round of storms hit. When it’s time for a roof I know where I’m going. Couldn’t have been a better experience at two properties. Thanks Skinner!
I've worked with Skinner Roofing three times now, and every experience has been exceptional. Nathan is always prompt, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Daniel shows up on time, gets the job done efficiently, and is great to work with. When I needed a full roof replacement, the crew was unbelievably fast and left the area spotless when they finished. As someone who likes to understand exactly what's going on, I really appreciate their quote system—it includes clear notes and photos that highlight any problem areas. Skinner is the only roofing company I trust and recommend.
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
