Clients also highlight the staff's helpfulness in managing insurance claims and their dedication to leaving properties clean upon completion.
From the initial consultation to the completion of the project, their team was professional, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. They helped me choose the best materials for my roof and made sure I understood every step of the process. The crew worked diligently and completed the job on time, leaving my property clean and my roof looking fantastic. I highly recommend Roof One to anyone in need of roofing services. They truly exceeded my expectations!
I worked with Eden and Jim. They were absolutely amazing to go above and beyond making sure that their customers are satisfied. I had some issues with the insurance and they were able to fight for me to get exactly what I am needing to cover the roof and the gutters. The roof guys did a great job. I’m very happy and satisfied with everything. I will 100% recommend them to anybody that needs a new roof.
Roof One did a fantastic job on my roof! Eden was extremely responsive. He texted me back within 5 minutes of any messages I sent him throughout the process. Highly recommend!
OUTSTANDING SERVICE, VALUE AND PROFESSIONALISM! Positive attitude from start to finish...yes means yes! We will be the first to recommended Roof One to solve every roofing problem!
What a great experience! Chris, Aaron, Brody and the rest of the team were excellent! I'm completely pleased with my new roof!?
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
