ARCO Review Findings
Roof for Less is praised for quality roof and gutter work, reasonable pricing, and responsive, professional, timely service. One review noted debris and cigarette buds left behind, but the company promptly cleaned the attic at no charge and restored the customer’s confidence.
We bought a home and they replaced the roof right before we moved in. Initially, the roof looked great, but nails were left all over our yard, aswell as cigarette buds. We were happy with the roof but not 100% happy with the professionalism. HOWEVER, today I realized our attic was FULL of debris from replacing the roof. Hundreds of rusty nails, wood shards, roof shingles, etc. I’m not gonna lie, I was pissed. And it took us months to notice it because we hadn’t checked the attic since they replaced the roof. I reached out and told them what I found, and how upset I was, and they sent someone to clean out the attic within an hour. He was kind, cleaned it well, and they did not charge us for it. I was pleasantly surprised with how professional and nice they were in fixing this issue. Most companies wouldn’t have done that. Previously, I would’ve never hired them again. But after today, I absolutely will. Good on them for doing the right thing. Thank you guys!
Roof For Less was an absolute pleasure to work with. They replaced a roof for us on our first house and did such a great job we asked them to travel to our new home to replace the roof and gutters here. They did an amazing job and were professional, timely and courteous. Their pricing is phenomenal as well as their work. Thank you for being so easy to work with! Highly recommend!
These guys were super responsive and so incredibly easy to work with. They were courteous, professional, and very thorough with their work. We had our gutters replaced with seamless gutters (including the leaf guard) and some repair work where there was water damage. We are very happy with the quality of their work. Definitely recommend them!
Roof for less has done three projects for us at this point. Each job has gone very well. They were very quick and the price was very reasonable. Thank you for the good work.
Approximately six months ago I had my roof replaced by Roof for Less. I received four job/price quotes to have the service performed before choosing them. Their services are priced from 20 to 40% less than other competitors I checked out. In addition I was able to choose from several different shingle manufacturers including Owens Corning. I am extremely pleased with the end result. I not only saved more than $1,000 on the project but also have the best quality shingles on the market. The installers did a great job and I have not had any leaks or other issues with the installation.
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
