ARCO Review Findings
Reviews praise Pyramid Roofing for professional, knowledgeable service, quality workmanship, responsiveness, and clear communication, including help with insurance claims and scheduling. Crews are described as efficient, respectful, and thorough with cleanup, though one job took time to book because of storm-related demand.
Great company- very honest and straight forward and knew what they were doing. Very quick and efficient as well.
After storm damage, insurance said I needed new roof, gutters, and window screens. I previously had used Pyramid Roofing many years ago. I called them and [redacted] came out immediately to look at my roof. He got together with my insurance company and started the process. Everything was done in a timely manner. [redacted], the project manager monitored the project and did a final inspection. [redacted] and [redacted], office staff made sure all of the paperwork was in order. I give Pyramid Roofing my highest endorsement.
The professionalism and workmanship shown by the entire Pyramid Roofing team was very impassive and exceeded our expectations. 14 Days after a sever hailstorm our roof and gutter system repairs are complete. The results are fantastic. Our Pyramid lead professional, Josh, met with our insurance adjuster on Saturday where both performed their estimates of damage which led to our insurance funding the repairs within 48 hours. Josh worked with his contractor team to get the necessary supplies and was able to shrink the timetable. We are extremely grateful that our home repairs are complete!
They did a fantastic job. Took a while to get booked only because they were so backed up due to all the storm damage around here. Very professional. Cleaned up completely. My roof and gutters look awesome
Pyramid Roofing did a repair job for me. I was satisfied with the work and will call them the next time I need roofing work done.
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
