Our rep, Kade, was amazing throughout our process. He explained every step along the way and help us with what to expect with our insurance company. He even came back to the house the day the insurance adjuster came. I HIGHLY recommend Midwest Roofing because of the connection we made with both Kade and Bailey. Oh, the crew was just as amazing. Midwest Roofing just completed the installation of my new roof, and my experience with them was a real pleasure. From my first contact to the final completed project, everyone that I dealt with was extremely helpful and supportive. I want to give a shout out to Drew, my sales rep, who walked me through every step, answered all my questions and made sure that everything was completed to my satisfaction. Taylor was my contact person for scheduling material deliveries and keeping me informed about work schedules and weather delays. She was very helpful and also patient when dealing with the rainy weather. Derek, who was the Supervisor and in charge of overseeing the roof installation was so helpful throughout. He and his crew worked very hard to make sure that the final project was perfect. They also made cleanup a priority and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I would definitely recommend Midwest Roofing to anyone looking for a quality roofing experience.
We had our roof inspected by our roofing company after we had large hail on March 14, 2025, then Drew Werdeman with Midwest Roofing Springfield came to do a second inspection. We were impressed by his use of video technology and the time spent with us to review the findings in detail, explain what it all means, discuss options, and they were the ones to start communicating with our insurance company. He was very good to work with and stayed in touch with us from start to finish. After the work was completed, he was back to look at everything and address any issues if we had any. We have recommended Midwest Roofing to our friends needing a roof!
