ARCO Review Findings
A-1 Guarantee Roofing Inc. is highly regarded for its honest, professional, and efficient service. Customers consistently praise the crew's hard work, respectful attitude, and commitment to timely project completion and thorough site cleanup.
I HIGHLY recommend A-1 Roofing If you want an truly HONEST, hardworking company then this is the company for you!! I can't begin to tell you how wonderful this company and their staff is! Chad was so kind, understanding of my needs and courteous through the quoting process and beyond! If you need all the t's crossed and the i's dotted this is your man!! The installation crew of NINE were incredibly respectful of our property and did such quality work in a very timely fashion. They kept things picked up as they went and removed debris each day! The onsite inspectors and crew leader made sure all the contract details were adhered to, as well as doing a final inspection of the installation to insure everything was as it should be! The job was completed on-time, with no "surprises" or upcharges(as other companies tried to tack on), everything is PERFECT and now my neighbors now have roof envy!!! If you look at my photos you will see not only how beautiful it looks, but the great care taken during the process to protect my property
These guys are awesome! I had a leak in my roof, just needed a new cap and seal - was very affordable. They also inspected my roof - instead of trying to sell me a new roof... they explained what was going on (age/wear & tear) and that it would probably need replaced in 3 years or so... now I'm planning on getting a new roof and won't get a surprise down the road. Honest and Fair!
A-1 roofing was fantastic to work with. Everything was clear and efficient. The entire roofing crew were nice, respectful, and extremely hard working. They are one of the few locally owned roofing companies - not owned by a private equity firm. Would highly recommend this company for your roofing needs!
Ricky was awesome to work with. Very professional yet personable. He answered all our questions. The crew that did the work, were polite, quick, and accommodating. Thanks for a great experience. I would recommend this company to anyone. Paul B.
A1 does a great job, have used them before for a roof replacement. Everything from start to finish was handled professionally. This is a local company that has been around for over 30 years. I highly recommend them.
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
