Excellent job on our new roof. They even sent an inspector afterwards to ensure a quality job. Highly recommended.

Performance Roofing has installed 2 roofs for us. One at our previous home 20 years ago and then at our present home. Both jobs were completed quickly and efficiently. Clean up was perfect also. We wouldn't have anyone else work on our roofing needs.

We have been using Performance Roofing since 2010 and have had nothing but the best service, including the correction of another contractor's error. Tom and his crew are excellent.

Outstanding Job Performance Roofing and Josh! You were amazing identifying our house's storm damage: roof, gutters and leave guards. Your customer service, ensuring homeowner and our insurance company were updated was awesome. Then ensured codes followed for ice/water barrier, and double felt for the garage and the front porch due to the low slope pitch. House is dry, and looks amazing with new roof, counter flashing, gutters, and leave guards!

Why Hire an ARCO-Accredited Roofer

The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.

Homeowner Benefits

Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
