ARCO Review Findings
Ortega Brothers Roofing is highly regarded for their expert workmanship, professional family-oriented service, and ability to navigate complex insurance claims. Clients consistently praise the team for their clear communication, responsiveness, and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Our experience with Ortega Brothers roofing was absolutely exceptional! Chandler is organized, responsive, and well-spoken. Eduardo was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They helped us with our insurance claim throughout the complicated process. They obviously have experience with this as well as roofing. We received many photos of our roof before and during the process, which was great since we cannot climb up there. Because they are a family business, they do all the work themselves and are very concerned with the quality of the job and their reputations. Would not hesitate to use them again and have already recommended them to family. Thank you, Ortega Brothers.
The Ortega brothers are a family run business and value their clients over profit. I cannot stress enough how well they are with communication and the pride in their work. They very clearly know their industry and how difficult it is with high-cost projects. They also provide their GAF warranty and can produce any professional credibility if requested, whether its providing professional and legal documents or pictures of their past work. Their empathy and human connection are all I need to recommend choosing them over any other roofing contractor.
We were hit by a tornado last May, and Chandler was out within a couple days to look over the damage and provide information and options. He was always responsive and helpful and hit a home run working with our insurance company. Ortega patched the roof promptly where needed and did an amazing job when replacing the entire roof later. I cannot say enough good about them.
Ortega Roofing did a fantastic job on our roof! The team was professional, courteous, and kept everything on schedule. We really appreciated how smooth the process was from start to finish. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for reliable, high-quality roofing work.
Ortega Brothers Roofing were fantastic to work with from start to finish. I can't recommend them highly enough. They did a great job on our garage roof and kept us informed along the way.
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
