Innovative Construction & Roofing - Roofing Contractor in Saint Louis, MO

Prompt professional service. Kyle was easy to work with. He prepared an accurate, timely quote and when I gave him the order he scheduled the work for the next week. The crew showed up at 6:30 AM and were complete at 5:30 pm that same day. They spent over an hour meticulously cleaning up and left my grounds cleaner than they found it. Spectacular work! I called innovative roofing about getting a new roof because of a few leaks after a series of bad storms. Kyle Cornell came out and after a detailed roof inspections notice strom damage to our roof, I called my insurance company and Kyle met with the adjuster at our house and from that point on Kyle took care of everything. I have never seen someone so detailed about there work and all the time he had to put in with the adjuster to make it right for us. By far the best construction/roofing experience we have ever had. We also had a dormer on out 3rd floor that was in sad shape, Innovative gave us a great price to install new siding and soffit along with white flashing over all of the window trim. This made the house look great along with the new roof. Thank you Kyle and Innovative Construction & Roofing Tom and Lisa Wiedemann

I had a fantastic experience with Innovative Construction & Roofing. Kyle was great to work with—professional, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

Vincent at Innovative Roofing was outstanding to work with and extremely knowledgeable about all roofs. He and Patrick worked to replace 4 roofs and gutters on 4 locations and all work was outstanding. In fact I used them 12 years ago to replace hail damage roofs back then and they were outstanding then too. A very great company to work with and outstanding customer service !

Innovative Construction and Roofing was a great company to work with. They were very polite, answered text messages quickly, gave a free inspection, did an amazing job replacing the roof and completed the project in only one day. There were some rotten boards beneath the shingles that needed to be replaced and before doing so they took pictures and asked for permission to replace them. They cleaned up my house and yard meticulously after they replaced the roof. At one point they had started putting on a trim color that was almost but not exactly the same color as my gutters. I never would have noticed this but they called to tell me they made a mistake and told me they would take it down and replace it with white for no fee. I told them it looked fine to me, no need to replace it, and I was very impressed that they told me and offered to replace it themselves. They only asked for final payment after the entire job was completed and inspected. They were also a couple thousand dollars cheaper than other local companies. I would absolutely work with them again.
