Accreditation cannot be obtained through application alone. Each business must first undergo ARCO's complete review process and demonstrate that it meets the standards required for accreditation.
Provide your contact information below. ARCO will review your inquiry and determine whether your business may be invited to complete the accreditation review process.

ARCO Review Findings
Halo Roofing and Construction is highly regarded for providing professional, high-quality workmanship on a variety of home repair and remodeling projects. Customers frequently praise the company for their responsiveness, timely service, and the diligent, clean work performed by their crew.
We had an amazing experience with Norman & HALO Roofing!! HALO ROOFING did our whole house remodel. New roof siding, gutters, and soffit and facia. It was great to deal with just one company for everything.Norman was great to work with. Very personable and professional. He made it very easy to make decisions based on what we wanted. He worked around our schedule for a couple of things which was great. I can't say enough good things about him and HALO ROOFING!! If you are looking for an honest company that does quality work at reasonable prices, look no further!! Our house turned out amazing and we couldn't be happier. I HIGHLY recommend you choose HALO ROOFING!!
This is a great and professional company. They came at 6 in the morning and had both my house and garage done by noon. My neighbor has a roof like mine With the same dimensions and another company was there from six in the morning until it got dark at night. I had siding damage from the tornado and they did my signing around an hour time very clean work as well. I highly recommend this company!
I reached out to Halo and 7 other contractors for estimates on replacing our roof. Four of them didn’t even return my calls. Norman Davis, owner of Halo, returned my call within 24 hours, and gave us an excellent and timely bid. Halo Roofing replaced our roof in December, on a day that was extremely cold and windy. In spite of the weather, the crew worked diligently, finishing the job on time. The crew was skilled and professional, and did a beautiful job. This is a company that cares about the work they do, as well as their customers. I highly recommend Halo Roofing and Construction!
We have had previous work done with Halo. Norman and his crew do wonderful a job. They are also very reasonable price wise. We highly recommend halo!
I highly recommend anyone looking for a new roof to contact Halo Roofing and Construction. The job was done promptly with exceptional care and professionalism. No trash or nails were left behind. Outstanding job!
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
