ARCO Review Findings
Frederic Roofing is praised for its professional, high-quality workmanship and the expertise of its staff, who are frequently noted for their clear communication and helpful assistance with insurance claims. Customers also consistently highlight the crew’s hard work, efficient project completion, and thorough site cleanup after installations.
Outstanding workmanship and professionalism. If I had one word to describe Frederic, it would be “Trust”.
OUTSTANDING! I just had a new roof installed by Frederic. With two short breaks, this crew worked a 12 hour day to beat the rain. This is hard work. They took off the old roof and underlayment. They made repairs, replaced the underlayment, and installed new shingles from the 60 lb. bundles carried on their backs to the roof. We were so impressed with their work that we purchased Subway Sandwich Gift Cards for each of them. The installation and cleanup were perfect. Phillip Diallo was my salesperson. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with.
Frederic Roofing provided excellent personal service throughout the long repair process! Constant monitoring of the work and professional service by AJ Cochran was impressive. He documented with photos of the damages which assisted with the insurance company decisions for payment. The copper gutters enhance the home. A Five Star family owned company who truly stand by their work! We recommend calling Fredric Roofing first !
I have had Frederic Roofing as my roofing company for many years. So when I had hail damage from the major storm last spring I called them for an inspection. Estimator Jake Worrell came out to inspect my roof. Jake was very pleasant and knowledgeable regarding the inspection which was going to require a total replacement. He worked with my insurance company State Farm and made the transition seamless. I would highly recommend Frederic Roofing for any roof repairs or a total new roof.
Their pricing for a $55,000 roof replace was very competing and offered three different shingle options. I’ve never seen a crew work as hard as they did over two and a half days. Cleaned up better than expected and would never have known they were at my house. Exceeded my expectations. Well done.
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
