123 Exteriors - Roofing Contractor in Saint Louis, MO

We had our new roof installed by 123 Exteriors (Elite Roofing) James Allen Storm Damage Specialist originally approached us and he went over and above working with our insurance Co and the adjuster they sent. It was such a stream line process. Also, while the work was going on Will Randolph, Field Customer Service guy communicated all aspects of delivery of materials and start date. Another person that went over and above. Our roof was originally scheduled for 5/28 but we had rain that day and Austin texted to say rescheduled to 6/3. They showed up and was respectful of our property and did a phenomenal job!! We highly recommend them for their professionalism and care and the beautiful roof!! It’s great and we got IKO a 40 yr shingle.

My situation was a long process through insurance claims and installation. But 123 Exteriors hung with me and my overall experience with them was very good. David and Austin were the most helpful (David is especially amazing with excellent customer service!), and 123 Exteriors showed itself to be a company of integrity. In the end, my house looks beautiful and I'm very satisfied with the outcome. Thank you!

123 Exteriors was able to replace my aluminum siding and gutters with new vinyl siding and new gutters, after damage from a hail storm. David from 123 Exteriors explained the entire process of submitting a homeowners insurance claim, helped document everything and get approval from insurance, and coordinated the siding / gutter install along with Austin from 123 Exteriors. The stress of working with insurance was removed when David was there to help. Once the insurance claim was approved, it was a relatively quick turnaround to get the siding and gutters replaced. 123 Exteriors was able to utilize good weather in January to quickly replace the siding. The quality of the install was fantastic, and the crew was professional and easy to work with. As with every large job a few minor hiccups occurred but 123 Exteriors was quick to respond to issues and made sure everything was perfect with no hassle. Excellent customer service. I would recommend 123 Exteriors to anyone looking at exterior home repairs.

My man Mike took this job from a very stressful situation to one that became a piece of cake he dealt with my insurance company. Was able to get my roof and siding replaced. The work was done in a timely and professional manner. Thanks again for a job well done 👏

Your representative Taylor Chippy was the major reason we went with 123 Exteriors. From his initial greeting, through his assessment of the job, he was cheerfully present to meet with the insurance adjuster, on-site to meet the construction team and review their progress, available to answer our questions, and being present to make sure the work was completed to our satisfaction. I had dreaded the process of selecting a company, negotiating between insurance and company not knowing anything about this, and Taylor took away those concerns, all I had to do was stand back and watch it happen. I also (and neighbors who watched as well) offer praise to the crew, hard-working, skilled, efficient and aware of small details (I think we only found ONE nail following the work).
