ARCO Review Findings
Best Roofing Pros is consistently praised for their professional, responsive service and thorough approach to identifying and documenting storm damage for insurance claims. Customers highlight the team's high-quality workmanship, clear communication throughout the repair process, and their commitment to punctuality and site cleanliness.
It is always a good idea to obtain multiple inspections and bids for a new roof. I previously had two independent insurance adjusters who had their own roofing companies and indicated that I had NO damage from the May 2025 tornado that struck St. Louis. I did notice neighbors nearby getting new roof from the storm and hail. A friend said to call Best Roofing Pros and I did. Mike Hill came over and got on the roof for an extended period of time. He came down with photos and had marked the shingles that had hail damage. He helped call the insurance company and file the claim. Mike was also here when the insurance adjuster came to the house. Both recommended a new roof. Mike was able to install a 50 year roof with.ridge vents. His team also completed outside of the insurance claim, replaced facia boards damage from carpenter bees, some wood trim, aluminum door wrap and replaced some vinyl siding. The best part was the workmanship and the outstanding job of cleaning up the worksite daily. Great job and highly recommend.
Had hail damage repaired and siding replaced. The inspectors were thorough, documenting everything and assisting me with insurance claims. The guys worked hard, and the roof and siding look great now. Overall, the service was incredibly professional and visible from beginning to end.
I contacted Best Roofing Pros LLC last month after detecting a little leak near my kitchen. The next morning, they brought out expert, who explained everything to me. He gave me images of the damaged shingles and described the various repair alternatives in simple words. The repairs were completed immediately, and the leak has not reappeared since. What really impressed out was technician's politeness and patience.
My roof had some obvious damage following a strong storm. The team arrived promptly, evaluated the storm damage, and repaired it within a few days. They left everything tidy, worked quickly, and with professionalism.
I noticed some dark spots on the ceiling and scheduled an inspection. The team was courteous, clearly explained the issue, and provided a straightforward solution. The repair was completed quickly, and my home feels safe again.
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
