Accreditation cannot be obtained through application alone. Each business must first undergo ARCO's complete review process and demonstrate that it meets the standards required for accreditation.

ARCO Review Findings
Priority Roofing is consistently praised for its professional, responsive, and timely service, with customers highlighting the team's high-quality workmanship and thorough cleanup process. Clients frequently commend the staff for their clear communication and helpfulness in managing insurance claims and roofing projects efficiently.
Out of all the roofing companies in the ArkLaTex area, I’m so glad I chose Priority Roofing. From the initial phone call, their team was professional and honest. I feel like the price for everything that was done to repair our soffit (new shingles in damaged areas, soffit board, and paint job) was very reasonable. I highly recommend and will be using them for all of our roofing needs.
I called Shay at Priority Roofing and they came out and did an inspection. I had a leak in my valley and they told me I had hell damage. I called my insurance and they started fixing my roof as soon as 2 weeks later. They started in the morning and finished the same day. The service I received was excellent. Everybody in the process was professional. They did a very good job on my roof. I have no complaints. I would definitely recommend Priority Roofing and use them again.
I’ve had the pleasure of working with this roofing company many times in my role as a REALTOR®, and they have consistently exceeded expectations. They are extremely responsive, provide quick and thorough inspections, and have been dependable for both small repairs and large projects. Their professionalism, communication, and quality of work give me complete confidence when referring them to my clients. They make the process smooth and stress-free every time. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable and trustworthy roofing company.
Shay and James have been a pleasure to work with. They were fast and timely. Priority roofing will get my recommendations every-time! Fantastic service!
Shay was super polite and professional, responded quickly to my call and even scraped the ice off my carport himself to prevent further damage. The crew was also professional and answered any questions I had. I am very pleased and definitely recommend.
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
