ARCO Review Findings
Bayou State Roofing is praised for professional, knowledgeable work, responsive service, and quality roof repairs and replacements. Reviewers also highlight clear communication, quick scheduling and completion, thorough cleanup, and helpful assistance with insurance claims.
Matt is so kind, I needed help fixing some storm damaged shingles before another storm came in and they were on it so fast! Other roofers say they’ll come and forget about you but Matt was awesome!
I do customer service for a living, so my standards are very high on what I consider good customer service. Bayou State Roofing was absolutely outstanding from the beginning of the process to the very end. Matt and the staff there down to the wonderful crew that installed our roof. Everyone was professional and courteous, they take the extra time to make sure you understand the process and they are there every step of the way. I could not be any more impressed with the job they did and the workmanship of their roofing crews is next to none. They don’t cut corners like a lot of roofing companies out there, you need one you can trust and will do you right and that’s exactly what you have in Bayou State Roofing. Their pricing was cheaper than the many roofing companies that came out in our neighborhood which kind of blows my mind because so many of my neighbors had nightmare experiences with the roofing companies they selected, I had zero issues and paid less I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know that needs roof work. Do yourself a favor and hire them and save the headache and money.
BSR's crew did an outstanding job repairing my leaky vent pipes. They're courteous, fast and professional. An excellent company.
The knowledge and depth in which Matt and crew go into when doing work on your roof instills nothing but total confidence with the job. Highly recommend.
We had a great experience getting a new roof with Bayou State. Everything was done in a timely manner. Our liaison Tandi knew the business and explained everything from start to finish. The roof looks great and the roofing crew cleaned up exceptionally well. Would definitely recommend.
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
