We had a 90-year-old ASBESTOS roof that had withstood the test of time! When it was installed, it was called a "lifetime roof". But years of hail damage and exposure had taken its toll. Kevin and Scot looked at it and gave us an all-inclusive bid to tear off and dispose of the old roof (including the special care needed for asbestos) and install the new one. They gave me a date to start and finish. It was done in two days! Given the complexity of our roof with 8 gables, it was a miracle! After having been given the bid, I remembered two other roof problems on adjacent buildings. They fixed them at no additional charge. I HIGHLY recommend Apex roofing as an efficient and competent company!

Got job started and finished when they said they would. Great communication. Would use them again. House looks great! Insurance adjuster probably woulda balked but Apex was able to point out the storm damage. Licensed and bonded. 👍🏻

My recent communication with Scott has cause me to retract any negative reviews concerning this roofing company. Scott personally contacted me and explained the situation and I quickly realized I was the one that was wrong for assuming He wasn't interested in small roofing jobs.I would highly recommend this roofing company and i can confidently state,He's a man of integrity that stands behind Apex roofing Company. This is my honest opinion.

Apex was recommended by my insurance company. I’m very pleased with the outcome of my new roof and the attention that Scott displayed during the completion of everything.👍🏾😎

Why Hire an ARCO-Accredited Roofer

The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.

Homeowner Benefits

Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
