ARCO Review Findings
Superior Roofing is frequently praised for its professional, responsive communication and high-quality workmanship. Customers consistently highlight the team's efficiency in completing projects on schedule, their fair pricing, and their commitment to maintaining a clean and respectful worksite.
Superior Roofing installed Christmas lights up on our new home. Great customer service, can give you a quote over the phone almost immediately and after agreeing to terms we were lucky enough to get them installed the next work day. Looks great!
Fair price, completed in one day as promised. Quality installation including some decking replacement. Cleanup and disposal as quoted. Overall project exceeded expectations. Very satisfied. Thank you Superior Roofing.
Josh was very knowledgeable and understanding in helping us pick out the best roof, not only what would be the best fit and value but what would be the best with our budget. At no point did they try to high pressure sell us into the most expensive roof, he gave is the facts and let us make the decision helping to coach us on what fit best into our budget and what would last the longest. The team that installed the roof were very respectful and considerate as well, cleaned up each day leaving no mess anywhere, also asked if there was anything else we needed multiple times. I would recommend them to friends and family in a heart beat. GREAT COMPANY, and very fast done from tear down to a new roof in 2 days!!!
Josh has done a great job with our roof. Was able To replace our roof within two weeks of giving us a quote. We had four different quotes for our roof Josh price was in the middle of the group but his knowledge sold us. Great family run company. Couldn’t be happier how the roof turn out.
Josh and his crew at Superior just finished our roof replacement, and my wife and I are both beyond satisfied with the experience. Professionalism, responsiveness, and friendliness are just as important for big jobs like this as quality, and they knocked all of the above out of the park. This was a truly 5 star experience from initial inspection to bid to job completion. We give Superior our highest possible recommendation.
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
