ARCO Review Findings
Signature Roofing is praised for professional, courteous service, quality roofing and gutter work, clear communication, and fair, competitive pricing without high-pressure sales. Reviewers also highlight timely completion, careful treatment of properties, responsive staff, and thorough cleanup.
Signature Roofing replaced our 20 year old roof. The company was both professional and personable, from dealing with Irvin in sales to the extremely hard-working crew led by Ermes. We had a number of roof quotes and felt most comfortable with Signature - no high pressure sales and questions fully answered. We were very satisfied with the pricing and product, and would highly recommend them as a roofing company. We also plan to use them for gutter replacement as another service they offer.
Just had my roof redone by Signature Roofing and it was an excellent customer experience from start to finish! Irvin Angulo and his team were professional and courteous throughout the job. They also showed great care and respect for the property and all the plants surrounding the house! Communication and follow up couldn’t have been better! The crew worked hard and did a great job each day cleaning up the work site. The job was completed on time and at the agreed upon price. No surprises! I would definitely recommend Signature Roofing to family and friends!
We just had all new gutters with leaf guards installed on our home by Signature Roofing Gutter Division. They were phenomenal. The entire process was smooth and seamless with them. Jake and Robert were great on the sales and planning side and their installer Andrew was FANTASTIC. He worked his tail off and installed our gutters (550 feet of them) in 2 days by himself! Great communication from all of them. We are very, very happy with the work they did. Price was lowest of the bids we got and we are very pleased with how it all turned out.
Signature Roofing was a wonderful partner to work with on the Spurwing Home by Sage and Co. Their work was buttoned up, excellent quality and the bid was very competitive. They were one of the few trades you could point in the right direction and not worry about the end product. It was exceptional. Marlon supervised his crew flawlessly, he communicated in a timely fashion and always had great ideas to bring to the table. Joel was delightful to work with, could pivot so easily and was a problem solver. We look forward to partnering with you again on the next 2 projects. Thank you Signature Roofing and to your fabulous team.
Signature Roofing just wrapped up another gutter project for one of my clients. Jake was able to get to the house and provide an estimate the same day as my request and Robert had the work scheduled a day after that. The installer, Andrew, did a fantastic job, kept the property clean and was very professional. We have used Signature Roofing in the past and will continue to in the future.
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
