Centimark (Boise) just completed a 10k sf roof at one of our Alturas commercial properties, and I was reminded why this is the roof company we use consistently. They were on time, on budget, kept me updated the whole time and courteous of our tenants. I was provided all of the information before hand and the estimate explained in detail. CentiMark just completed the roofing on a new project for us at one of our local hospitals. Best roofing company I've worked with! The job foreman, Zack Braunstein, and project manager, Mike Lipshultz, were really a pleasure to work with. Zack's ability to, "plan your work, work your plan", was spot on. Mike made a site visit daily to check with me and make sure I didn't have any concerns. But here's the best part: Without them knowing, I set up a site visit with our OSHA certified risk management official to do a safety walkthrough on CentMark. When she showed up both Zack and Mike were present. They answers to all of her questions were very precise and professional. When we finished, she had found zero safety violations. She went on to say this was the first time in her 12 year career that that has ever happened with a roofing company. She even sent a letter to the regional supervisor letting him know how impressed she was! I also took the time to write a letter to CentMark to let them know how much I appreciated their attention to safety and quality of finished product.
