Bartlett Homes and Roofing - Roofing Contractor in Boise, ID

Bartlett Roofing did a fabulous job putting my new roof up. Looks great and they did it all in one day. Can’t recommend them enough

Quick, looks great and they made very sure all the messes were cleaned up. We are happy, thanks Bartlett crew, you guys are amazing!

Quincy was a delight and went above and beyond to provide all the information needed for higher insurance coverage. The installation crew was here, exactly on time and worked all day to get our triplex roof completed in one day! The clean up after was excellent. We chose an upgraded shingle and accessories and we’re very happy we did. The finished product is very nice. I would highly recommend Bartlett Roofing to anyone looking for roof replacement.

I'm so incredibly grateful for this company but most of all [redacted]! We had a storm and shingles flew everywhere as usual and I knew it was time to get a new roof. He previously gave me his business card but our family was going through hard times so I put it off for too long .. I got in contact with him and he came right out same day to assess and help in any way he could with our roof. I was already overwhelmed and not sure where to start. He made the whole process easy, and stress free for me. He has excellent communication and was always on time! He explained each step throughout the whole process. It took a huge mental weight off of me during that time. Once our roof was started on, him and the rest of the crew were professional, respectful and continued to communicate each step until the job was complete. They were thorough at cleaning up any mess and made sure to triple check for any nails in our yard. Once again a huge relief for me, as I have pets and kids. It was the smoothest home repair I've ever had to do. Because of him. He also got our insurance to cover it. I highly recommend him for your roofing needs, I assure you he takes great pride in perfection and makes sure your stress free and happy with the outcome. If I knew it would be that easy I would have done it sooner. Give him a call! Im so grateful for him and this company! I love our new roof! [redacted]. [redacted]! Thank you for everything! We had some roofing wind damage from a winter storm. We submitted an insurance claim to get the repairs done. Insurance would only cover the small, damaged section. We worked with [redacted] from Bartlett to get the roof repaired. He worked with the insurance company to get the roof up to building code and repaired correctly. Most of the repair was covered by the insurance company. We only paid for some needed upgrades to get the roof looking like the rest of our neighborhood. Health was a true professional and was great to work with. He was always available by text or phone. He is a substantial example of what it's like to provide valued customer service.
