ARCO Review Findings
Smart Roofing LLC is highly regarded for professional, high-quality workmanship and efficient, timely project completion. Customers frequently highlight Sam’s honest communication, his team’s thorough cleanup, and their willingness to go above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction.
We worked with Sam to get our roof and siding replaced and he did an amazing job. They did both jobs within a week. I was really impressed with the detail they focused on during the project. I would recommend them.
We were extremely happy with Smart Roofing. Replaced our entire roof. Price was competitive, arrived when scheduled, completed work in a timely manner and cleaned up thoroughly which is what we appreciated the most. They also painted all of our white vent stacks to match the roof - small thing but made them disappear. Thank you very much Sam.
We hired this company for roofing, siding, and exterior windows, and they did a great job across the board. The work was done professionally, everything looks solid, and the house turned out exactly how we hoped. Communication was good throughout the process, and the crew clearly knew what they were doing. I’m very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing exterior work done.
Top notch roofing company. Helped with our claim. And we're out in a timely manner to complete the work. The guys were in and out in 1 day did a full roof replacement & also pointed out bad plywood they replaced for us no charge. Great company would def recommend!!
I hired company Smart roofing LLC for full replacement.Team was professional and kept me updated every step of the way. They finished work on time, and I was impressed by how well they cleaned my yard afterwards. The final price was exactly what they quoted. Highly recommended.
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
