Makeover Roofing - Roofing Contractor in Lawrenceville, GA

I was referred to Makeover Roofing by a friend after being disappointed by another roofing company. My overall experience was nothing but the best. Omar was sensitive to my concerns and always responded in a timely and professional manner throughout the process. He and his team were exceptional, and the installation and cleanup was impressive. I’m so happy with my new roof. I highly recommend this company.

The process of choosing a roofing contractor had been excruciating until I contacted Makeover Roofing. They were timely and thorough with a detailed estimate and they were extremely competitive with their pricing. Their experience and professionalism during the process was exemplary and they never missed a message and ALWAYS responded until the day of install came around. The crew was very efficient and with a couple of small unexpected surprises with the construction underneath, and they adapted their process and obtained the perfect materials to bridge the gap left by the builder back in 1972. It was a different time 51 years ago and Omar the owner and Danny the PM and the crew sailed right through those unexpected items and finished ON TIME without missing a beat! My roof looks amazing and the few custom alterations were done beautifully and simply looks AMAZING! I have the best looking roof on my street! The quality of materials is top notch as I researched every item being used on my roof beforehand. No surprises and no smoke and mirrors either. This really couldn't have gone any smoother and I have to say they get the A+++++ CERTIFICATION from me!! Omar, Danny and the entire crew I say "WELL DONE AND THANK YOU!" You will get all my referrals from anyone needing any roof work!! I'll share this everywhere I can!! My roof replacement was started and completed April 11th, 2023. Please use me as a long-term reference for Makeover Roofing!

I have a long story behind my roof but want you to know that Makeover Roofing saved my home. Qusai was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable of the process and very honest about what he could do to help me. My insurance company didnt want to pay of course but Qusai knew my roof qualified for a new roof and gave me a different option to consider. As it turns out, his suggestion to use a public adjuster was what I needed. Makeover worked with my insurance company and my new roof was approved. And now my roof looks amazing... Did I mention his customer service was amazing as well as the workers that came to the house they work very hard and that work shows up on my roof..Im very greatful..Thanks to the entire team

Qusai, Omar, and their team were amazing! My roof and ceiling were done in 2 days. They were professional, on time, and respectful to my home and animals! My roof is beautiful!
