Neal Roofing and Waterproofing - Roofing Contractor in West Palm Beach, FL

I called Neal Roofing after seeing the electronic billboard. Rick came to our house in Palm City the very next day and gave us an excellent presentation. We signed up and got the process started. We are so very happy that we chose this company for our roof replacement. Everyone was thorough and professional in every phase of the job. Elian and his crew were very meticulous in all that they did. They arrived early and worked tirelessly to complete the installation. Conner was extremely helpful on the phone and kept the lines of communication open. Elian kept us up to date on the schedule during every step of the way and everything that he told us happened as he said. It is huge expense for us, but money well spent. We highly recommend Neal Roofing to anyone considering a roof replacement. Thank you all very much.

Our salesman was a wonderful young man named Alek. He was so thorough in his presentation and honestly, a great first impression person for your company. He was honest and went above and beyond explaining every step involved. I would absolutely do business with Neal Roofing because of Alek! 5 stars from us!

Alec was great as a salesman. He went over every detail and made sure I understood.

I would recommend Neal roofing to anyone that needs to have their roof done. Top notch communication from start to finish. They really try their best to earn your business. I work with a gentleman by the name of Chris Suarez very professional and this guy knows his stuff.

I am so pleased that I was able to find Neal Roofing and Waterproofing! When I first reached out Angie called me right back with a warm smile and kind heart. She listened to every detail of my situation and made sure I knew that they would be able to help me. That same day Chris Suarez called me, introduced himself and we set up a time to meet. Due to my crazy schedule as a nurse, he understood and made things work. Chris listened first and then went into action. He walked me through the whole process and was able to get me financing. I had tried several times before with different companies and was denied. Chris was available to answer my questions, no matter how late or early because he knew my work schedule was crazy! Then Ryan called to inform me that the permit was approved and we scheduled a time for the project to begin. Lastly my project manager Christian kept me informed literally hour by hour which blew me away!! My family and I will never be able to thank Neal Roofing and Waterproofing enough for their professionalism, compassion, and commitment!
