Accreditation cannot be obtained through application alone. Each business must first undergo ARCO's complete review process and demonstrate that it meets the standards required for accreditation.
Provide your contact information below. ARCO will review your inquiry and determine whether your business may be invited to complete the accreditation review process.

ARCO Review Findings
Southern Safe Construction is consistently praised for their professional, punctual crews who deliver high-quality workmanship while maintaining excellent communication throughout the project. Clients also frequently highlight the team’s efficiency, responsiveness to repairs, and their commitment to leaving job sites clean and debris-free.
Southern Safe construction was involved with two of my homes. Crews showed up on schedule, with permitting, tear-off, and materials well-coordinated, both roofs look great. Excellent communication with Dan and staff (in the office). They even metal-roof cladded my ugly stucco chimney (it looks awesome!). Southern Safe Construction looks like a growing company, keep up the good work!
Our roof took quite a beating, but Southern Safe Roofing, did a wonderful job and the color of the shingles looks beautiful, I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again if need be. Thank you.
On May 10th , 2024 a tornado struck across the street of my neighborhood in Tallahassee. Causing a 125 foot tall Sweet Gum tree to fall and Totally demolished the roof and half of the interior. As a result I had to replace the entire kitchen. They were the first company to respond with the tree removal. They secured the place with a giant tarp. They performed mold remediation on the entire interior. Replaced the roof giving the rear a perfect pitch from peak to back deck. Removing the rear flat deck. And removing the unused fireplace chimney. Great engineering task. David was instrumental with the design. The interior drywall was replaced. Fantastic job on the granite countertops. All seams were flawless. I Highly recommend Southern Safe to perform all aspects of repair & refinishing . I leave it in their capable hands. John M Nastasiak
From the very onset of this project everything was coordinated and completed on time. Workers were cheerful, professional and debris around the house was picked up and area spotless. Would highly recommend this company for your roofing needs!
We are extremely satisfied with the work of Southern Safe. They replaced entire roof on our home. The materials arrived exactly when they said they would. The workers arrived early each day (never late) and worked until late in the day. We are very impressed by their professionalism, punctuality and courteousness. From the workmen on the roof to the project manager to the office staff, I could not have asked for better! I highly recommend Southern Safe Construction.
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
