All the supplies and dumpster were delivered the day before my roof was put on and the next day they picked everything up and all was back in order. Chad H. came by to check out our roof the very next day as he said he would. He gave us several options, but ultimately, we decided to go ahead and get a new roof. They handled the permit, the HOA, the materials, etc. etc. seamlessly. He gave us the dates when each thing would happen and it followed that schedule perfectly. They were very responsive and did a great job at a great price. They completed the job in 1 day and did numerous repairs that came in under his estimate, which was a big surprise.
