ARCO Review Findings
Singleton Roofing is frequently praised for their professional, efficient, and honest workmanship, with customers highlighting their fair pricing and reliable communication. Clients consistently report that the work sites are kept clean and that the company is responsive when addressing maintenance or repair concerns.
I had a total roof replacement and they were very efficient and professional to deal with.
This is an unsolicited review. From my initial contact with Ms. Jeanie Bridges to job inspection and completion with Mr. Glen Witney, the repair of my roof was done with professional and personable service at every step. Jeanie and Glen are a great team and represent Singleton Roofing in the highest tradition of customer service. So too are those men on the roof who make it happen! This company wants its customers completely satisfied!
Most professional company we ever hired ! I would recommend them ! The crew worked efficiently on all phases of the roof, they cleaned everything up spotless ! We are so happy with our new beautiful roof.
Great job! We love our new roof. Everyone from office staff to Tad and our roof workers was fabulous. Thanks so much!
Once again Alvin Singelton roofing did a great job. Kind and quick
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
