We could not be more thrilled with our new roof! It looks great! NWR did an outstanding Job. It was an awesome experience working with Noah, Kristen, and their team. They went above and beyond. I will not hesitate to recommend NWR to anyone looking for a new roof or any roof work.

I can’t recommend any roofing company more highly. I am lifetime resident of Sarasota. I’ve owned several homes and commercial establishments of different ages and with different roofing materials. There are challenges in Florida due to temperature, rain, hurricanes, insects. Need I say more. Noah and his team persisted until all of my roofing issues were met. I am so happy with my beautiful metal roof.

New Wave Roofing: The Rare, Reliable Sarasota Roofer Everyone Wishes They Hired First. New Wave Roofing deserves every star possible. My metal roof came out absolutely gorgeous, and the entire process went smoother than anything I’ve experienced in Sarasota — and trust me, that alone is a miracle. Finding real, reliable contractors in this area is like hunting for buried treasure. They’re rare, they’re hidden, and half the time you get burned before you even start. But New Wave Roofing? A breath of fresh air. Their crew showed up on time every single day, worked hard all day, stayed pleasant, respectful and kept everything spotless. They cleaned the jobsite beautifully and treated my home with real care. I bought them lunch multiple times because they worked their tails off and genuinely deserved it. And let’s talk about the owners: Kristen and Noah are a powerhouse. Professional, organized, understanding, honest, and genuinely good people. Working with them felt easy — no drama, no games, no disappearing acts, no Sarasota contractor nonsense. Their pricing was fantastic, and their communication was on point the entire time. The whole experience was so smooth it almost didn’t feel real… because around here, it usually isn’t. If you’re tired of getting burned by bad contractors — and in Sarasota, who isn’t? — go straight to New Wave Roofing. They are the real deal, and they take pride in every inch of their work. This is a Kimmie-level, bougie seal of approval right here.

Why Hire an ARCO-Accredited Roofer

The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.

Homeowner Benefits

Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
