Gopher Roofing, LLC - Roofing Contractor in Sarasota, FL

When our insurance company informed us that our 25-year-old roof had to be replaced even though they acknowledged it still had some years of useful life remaining we joined forces with three neighboring homeowners whose houses were built at the same time. Together, we carefully researched roofing companies and compared proposals. After considerable discussion, we unanimously selected Gopher Roofing. Their proposal stood out because of its competitive pricing, their good reputation, and especially their 15-year workmanship guarantee. Two of us had also seen the quality of Gophers work firsthand on previous roofing projects. Gopher Roofing delivered exactly what they promised. They arrived when scheduled, and completed the work efficiently without sacrificing quality. The only delays were those of the homeowners selecting roofing materials and color, and the schedule of material delivery companies. Gophers crews showed up early each morning and worked diligently throughout the day with impressive organization. It was clear they were experienced and took pride in their craftsmanship. Equally important, they showed great respect for our property. They took great care to protect landscaping, outdoor furniture, patios, and driveways, and the job site was kept remarkably clean throughout the project. The crew was friendly and responsive to requests. While a little Spanish was helpful, communication in English was not a problem. The office staff was equally responsive. Gopher Roofing is a family-run business, and that commitment to honesty, quality, and customer service is evident. The final confirmation came when our Wind Mitigation Inspector commented on the exceptionally high quality of the installation. Replacing a roof is a significant investment, but Gopher Roofing made the entire process smooth and worry-free. Based on our experience, I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for a roofing contractor in the [redacted] area.

Great looking roof, minor glitch to start but was taken care of by Gopher. Have had many compliments. Had it inspected after new roof was on, inspector was impressed!

Gopher Roofing did a fabulous job putting up our tile roof. It began with [redacted] who kept us informed every step of the way with install dates and filtered our questions to whomever was the expert and always got back to us in a timely manner. The gentlemen that placed the tile on the roof were very nice and respectful of our property with clean up. When the roof was completed, we had just a small concern with an area and sent photos in. Within a couple days, [redacted] showed up and resolved the issue. [redacted]'s customer service skills are fantastic. He asked our opinions on the color of the cement he was going to use and made sure that we were happy with the results. Again, Gopher Roofing was wonderful to work with and the end product is Beautiful. A Happy Customer.

The Gopher team was excellent from Kevin who estimated and scoped the project, Fabian who was the project manager, to the individuals who worked on the roof. Their price was very competitive with other companies. They did a very high quality job of installation. Very highly recommended.

I have always had a great experience with Gopher Roofing. I have worked with Kevin and Pedro, they always were very professional. The work was always done when promised and in a timely manner. I would recommend Gopher very highly.
