ARCO Review Findings
Reviews consistently praise CSI for professional, responsive service, clear communication, high-quality roofing work, and reasonable pricing. Customers also highlight projects completed on time or ahead of schedule, respectful crews, and thorough cleanup and documentation.
Great communication. Had them do a new PVC coating on my storage facility. Very happy.
I had an excellent experience working with this commercial roofing contractor on a recent project. From start to finish, their team demonstrated professionalism, strong communication, and high-quality workmanship. If you’re looking for a reliable commercial roofing company, these guys deliver. A special shoutout to Neil Gates for his knowledge and professionalism. He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, providing clear guidance on materials, timelines, and best practices. His expertise in commercial roofing systems, attention to detail, and responsiveness made the project run smoothly and efficiently. The crew completed the job on time and maintained a clean, organized job site, which is huge on any commercial construction project. The finished roof looks great and meets all expectations for durability and quality. I highly recommend this team for anyone in need of commercial roof installation, roof replacement, or roofing services. If you want a dependable roofing contractor who knows what they’re doing, this is the company to call.
Neil and the CSI team did an outstanding job on our standing seam roof. The job was completed ahead of schedule, at the quoted price, and with no suprises. We highly recommend CSI and look forward to working with them in very near future.
I’ve been a property manager in the Sarasota area for nearly 7 years. It’s been rough keeping all the of tenants dry, to say the least. Having been through 3 roofing companies before Neil came here representing CSI Roofing it was a nightmare. Neil came in, listened to all my reports, my pictures and started working towards a solution to my many problems. For the first time we are staying dry!!
CSI is amazing! Prices were very reasonable, customer service was outstanding and the team was awesome to work with. Highly recommend!!
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
