ARCO Review Findings
Bone Dry Roofing is praised for professional, meticulous workmanship on roofing, gutters, siding, fascia, soffits, and repairs. Reviewers also highlight timely service, regular updates and photos, friendly crews, and thorough cleanup.
Bone Dry originally came out to give an estimate on a leaking back porch on the home we just bought. As I spoke with Henry (he needs a raise, very engaged throughout the process and super helpful) we noted some roof issues and got options for a new roof. After a heavy storm and unexpected leaks, we decided on a full replacement. We had scheduled the work for late August, but the Bone Dry crew was able to push the work up several weeks early to help us out. The crews worked exceptionally hard under difficult weather conditions, cleaned up every day, and did a wonderful job. The roof looks fantastic, and every person I dealt with in the company was polite and professional. Highly recommended.
Great crew, Professional, reasonably priced and did excellent work on our home! Highly recommend!
We are extremely pleased with our experience with Bone Dry. They made the entire process easy, were very competitively priced and delivered quality work. Thank you to Henry and the entire team, and we will definitely work with Bone Dry in the future!
I had a deck nail pop through my shingles and was causing massive amounts of water to come into my attic and walls yesterday. Even thought it was a Saturday, and no fault of Bone Dry’s work, the general manager Adam drove out to look at my roof, put a temporary fix, and assured me he’d have a team come out and fix it free of charge. I went from having a complete nightmare situation and not know how long it would be to get it fixed to an immediate remedy. You really can’t ask for better service than that. They stand by their roofs and I am so appreciate of their responsiveness. Big thank you to Adam Miller!
Bone Dry Roofing just completed my new roof and gutters, and the experience far surpassed my expectations. First, the evaluation of my roof was done by Henry, who showed me via video and pictures all the areas of concern. Second, the quote was prompt, detailed, and understandable. All questions and concerns were addressed and resolved. Third, Ken was in charge of the team, and his sense of communication, transparency, integrity, and focus on making the project go smoothly and professionally were, with no exception, what makes him an honorable leader who delivered what was promised and more. Thank you to everyone who worked on my home project and made me feel comfortable and valued throughout the process.
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
