It's evident in every detail of the new standing seam roof on both my house and garage. We cannot be more thankful for our luck in identifying and hiring AKM Roofing after Hurricane Milton destroyed most of the asphalt shingles on our roof in Venice, FL. Complicating matters, we were 1300 miles away when the hurricane hit, and based on the photos of the damage our neighbor sent, we knew we needed immediate assistance. We had to base our choice from afar on google reviews, and as AKM Roofing had a significant number of 5-star reviews, we called and asked if they could help. They did so immediately, sending a team out to inspect the roof. They sent us pictures of the damage, based on which we agreed to have them tarp the roof. We returned to FL and in short time signed an extremely fair contract for full shingle replacement. Working with their entire team was a dream, from the front office staff who got the ball rolling and later helped with our insurance claim, to the salespeople and roofers we worked with to select the shingles and do the work, even to the owner who was available to answer any questions we had regarding warranties and a wind mitigation report which they arranged. We had a new roof in no time, thanks, AKM for bailing us out and doing a great job.
