Distinctive Roofing, Inc. - Roofing Contractor in Pompano Beach, FL

Distinctive roofing was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. Always a line of communication and response to any question was basically instant. The roof looks great! I would recommend Distinctive Roofing for roof work or as in our situation, a complete re-roof with gutter installation.

The workmanship of Distinctive Roofing is top notch! We selected the larger barrel tiles and just love it! Communication during the entire process is frequent and regular. All the staff are friendly and quick to answer any questions. From start to finish, everything is quick. Any delays encountered are due to waiting for county inspections. Cesar, the owner, was a pleasure to interact with. He personally hand delivered the final documentation showing all the different steps taken along the way such as permits, paid invoices, inspections, etc. One important task that might be easily overlooked or considered is the attention and care given to the home, such as the pool area, surrounding perimeter, window protection, drive way protection, etc. After the tear off is completed, the crew pay careful attention to cleanup of debris. If you consider using Distinctive Roofing, you will be glad you did!

Distinctive Roofing replaced the roofs in our community and undeniably, they did a beautiful job! Recently we detected water stains on our vaulted ceiling, and we are thankful to Maria in the office who proactively coordinated the repair for us. Her crew members Jose and Marcelo were professional, courteous and keen to do their best in the repair work. We greatly appreciate their tireless effort!!!

The well-organized team at Distinctive roofers was amazing to work with. If you are looking for an amazing high-quality product, excellent customer service, and just an all around pleasant experience from start to finish, Distinctive is the way to go. My mom contracted to have her roof replaced and then she fell ill with pancreatic cancer. She was bedridden in the house so that meant we had to put the roof project on a temporary pause. No problem for Distinctive. Maria, Vanessa, Chris, Marianne, Cindy and Cesar showed tremendous grace, patience, and generosity as my family was trying to keep mom comfortable. They didn't rush us even though they were already on the hook financially for the supplies. As they say "We are here for you!" and they certainly lived up to that mantra. And i'd like to specifically acknowledge and thank Cindy who spent many phone calls with me (starting back in June!) educating me about roofs, insurance requirements, their process, and softly suggested related fixes (such as gutters, downspouts, etc.) that ended up nicely complementing the incredible looking roof. Thank you, Cindy! Once mom passed and we were ready to proceed, the team went into high gear right away to ensure the project was finished to meet our timing preferences despite our requested delay. And of course it was completed in perfect timing consistent with the process they laid out. My mom knew what she was doing when she hired the Distinctive team (after receiving multiple quotes). And I'm so glad she did! Thank you Distinctive for everything, including the great looking roof!

The staff of Distinctive were courteous, skilled at their jobs and completed the roof replacement in an efficient manner (considering some delays due to weather). The house and grounds were left clean. Supervisors responded to any questions that came up promptly and courteous. We're very pleased with the workmanship and final results. We highly recommend this company
