Accreditation cannot be obtained through application alone. Each business must first undergo ARCO's complete review process and demonstrate that it meets the standards required for accreditation.

ARCO Review Findings
Cool Roof Foam and Coatings is consistently praised for its professional, high-quality workmanship and transparent pricing across both foam, coating, and metal roofing projects. Customers frequently highlight the company's excellent communication, responsiveness, and commitment to maintaining clean, organized job sites throughout the installation process.
Great experience working with Mario. I had a deadline to meet with the roof coating, they worked with us to meet the deadline and the experience was smooth without any hiccups. The job was at our church building and I highly recommend them. Thank you Cool Roof. We got the 20 yr warranty.
From Mario, in sales to Irvin, Ana and Jorge who supervised the job, everyone was excellent. I especially appreciated their pleasant customer focused communications. Our roof looks beautiful and I’m so happy to no longer worry about leaks! I would 100% recommend Cool Roof to anyone interested in roof coating.
Cool Roofs gave me the best price with highest quality metal roofing for my house. The job was seamless, they handled everything including dealing with my fussy HOA, and in a timely manor. I couldn't be more satisfied!!!
I saw Cool Roof advertised on TV. So when I saw they were doing metal roofs too, I decided to call. Let me tell you, the new division of Cool Roof, Cat 5 Metal Roofing, is phenomenal! I felt confident that this long-standing, highly rated, company would be the right choice for my metal roofing needs. But once I experienced that same level of professionalism, transparent pricing, and efficiency that has made them the tops in spray foam and coating, I knew I had made the right decision. The team was second to none. From tear off to the completion of my beautiful new standing seam roof, the job was done quickly, neatly and for exactly what they said it would cost. They truly exceeded my every expectation. Thanks to Peter, Ted and their hard working installation team for making this a positive, stress free experience! My advice, take the worry out of this investment and hire the best! I highly recommend these guys… Stacey B. Palm City, FL.
Amazing company and people, communication is key for me, and they were great from start to finish. Mario was quick on the proposal process and Raymond, and Anastasia were great on the scheduling process even with the two hurricanes we had in our area. Work was quick clean and very professional. I highly recommend Cool Roof for any flat top needs. Joe Sanchez Duffy's Sports Grill.
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
