Colonial Roofer Services - Roofing Contractor in Pompano Beach, FL

From the moment Maria returned my call, I knew Colonial Roofing Services would be my choice for my new home. It was a month before closing and I needed to be under contract with a roofing company to satisfy my bank’s closing requirements… our inspection had shown the roof of my dream home required immediate replacement. I thought explaining the situation would be difficult however Maria not only understood what we needed, by told me she could be at the property in a few hours and would fly her drone over the roof. I was totally blown away by her level of professionalism knowledge. Within hours I had a professional quote with amazing high resolution photos of the roof showing what needed to be done. We met at the property a few days later and Maria explained the entire process and what they would be doing… all my questions were answered completely and it was amazing to know this was a family run business. Once Colonial Roofing Services completed the permitting process, the roof was started and almost immediately our new neighbors began commenting on how nice the new roof was coming along. After the roof was completed (on-time and with no surprises), my husband and I were so impressed with how everything turned out, we chose Colonial Roofing Services to do our gutters too! Which of course was an A+++ job and experience. Afterwards Maria flew her drone over the house once again so we could have a visual inspection of the work completed... so wonderful!!! If I could rate this company 10 stars I would, they demonstrated nothing but PROFESSIONALISM and HONESTY the entire way through our roof and gutter replacement. Maria and her family know their business and it shows!!!! Thank you!

Such a great roofing company. They are very responsive, always on time, and have very fair pricing. As a property manager, I use their services for many projects, and I am always left satisfied with peace of mind that the problem is solved.

I am very satisfied with their roof repairs and flat roof replacement services. The quality of their work is outstanding and I feel so fortunate that I found them after getting quotes from 8 different companies. My recommendation is that when it comes to roof repairs or replacement, we shouldn’t go based on prices, but quality of their work.

Maria and the Colonial Team were superb to work with. They took the time to walk through every aspect of the roofing job and gave us options to keep us within budget and still get the very distinctive look we were after...and we were rather particular 😉. The workmanship was great the first time around and we have had zero problems. They even went above and beyond in some areas that had the potential for trouble at no extra cost. The biggest bonus was they were all just good people at heart, a pleasure to work with, and worthy of our trust. I would highly recommend Colonial Roofing. Danny Lighthouse Point

I was nervous about getting my roof done for a while because I wanted to find an honest and professional company. They’ve made a significant difference in my home. The experience was extraordinary. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, kind and extremely talented company… this is it. Thank you guys so much!
