True Group - Roofing Contractor in Orlando, FL

The service and communication level has been unmatched. Truly experts in waterproofing, painting, and remediation. I’ve been blown away by how well they fixed issues that other companies had overlooked. Thank you!!!

We recently selected True Group to redo our roofs based on their certifications and reputation. Nevertheless, due to our Association’s previous negative experiences we were very inquisitive before and after signing up with them. They were very professional and kept us abreast during the entire process. They even took care of certain issues that were not part of the contract without charge. We now consider them a trusted partner and highly recommend them.

I recently had the pleasure of engaging True Group for roof repairs on our property, and I couldn't be more impressed with the outcome. From start to finish, the entire process was nothing short of outstanding. True Group's response time was exceptional. They acted swiftly to assess the damage and provide a comprehensive solution. Their efficiency ensured that our roof was repaired in record time, minimizing any inconvenience to our daily routine. What truly set True Group apart was their commitment to keeping us informed every step of the way. Alex, our sales rep, was an absolute pleasure to work with. He not only explained the repair process in detail but also provided valuable insights and recommendations to ensure the longevity of our roof. Working with Alex made the entire experience a breeze. His professionalism, knowledge, and genuine concern for our satisfaction were evident from our first interaction. He went above and beyond to address any questions or concerns we had, making us feel confident and reassured throughout the process.

True Group Florida is one of my preferred companies for high-quality work. They consistently uphold their warranties and ensure that their services meet a higher standard than most competitors. Their team is highly responsive, communicates effectively, and takes the time to thoroughly understand the scope of each project. They operate with honesty and integrity, and I highly recommend them for anyone seeking reliable and professional service.

Excellent company and customer service!! True Group of Florida repaired my flat roof and applied sealant Oct. 2021. Friday night July 2024 I discovered small leak in my carport area and emailed company. Rachel called me promptly Monday morning and inspection was scheduled for Tuesday morning. Roofing Supervisor Julio arrived on time and found the problem. More sealant was applied in small crack. Can't say enough about this company!! Very professional and prompt!!! Highly recommend!!
